SPENCO® Polysorb® Gel 3/4 Length Adjustable Arch Insoles have a unique patent pending anatomically correct designed gel area that combines both Closed Cell Neoprene impregnated with nitrogen bubbles and Polyurethane Elastomeric Gel. The neoprene is covered with a four-way stretch fabric to help prevent blisters and calluses.

This unique cushioning system with the adjustable arch wedge helps absorb shock, reduce friction and provide long lasting comfort. The designed placement of the gel pads is on the inside of the heel and arch area to absorb the stress of impact on the sensitive pressure points of the foot. The gel is surrounded with neoprene, a material proven to have the highest energy return, to help reduce fatigue from walking. They are available in three (3) sizes: small, medium and large.
